Ingredients
500g of boneless chicken (diced)
2 cups of pasta of your choice
2 medium-sized onion (chopped)
1 cup of capsicum (chopped)
½ cup of cream
½ cup of cheese (mozzarella)
1 tablespoon of ginger garlic paste
½ cup of black olives ( optional)
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
1 nos of chicken stock cube
Salt to taste
2 tablespoons of butter
2 cups of milk
1 small piece of charcoal for cold smoke
Oil for cooking
Spices
1 teaspoon of red chili flakes
1 teaspoon of oregano
½ teaspoon of paprika
1 teaspoon of black pepper
Recipe
Firstly, add 2 tablespoons of oil and butter into the pan, along with ginger garlic paste, and sauté it for a minute. Add the diced chicken and sauté for another minute.
Put salt and spices as mentioned above and cook on a medium-low heat until it is half done. Add the chopped onion and cook further until the chicken is tender. Turn the flame off.
For the Smokey flavor, take a piece of charcoal, heat it, and place it into the pan with foil underneath.
Put a few drops of oil on top of the heated charcoal chunk and cover the pan with the lid as soon as it starts to raise the smoke. Remove the coal and foil after 2 to 3 minutes when the chicken has a rich Smokey aroma.
Now, put 2 tablespoons of flour into the smoked chicken and mix it properly. Add cream and mix it again.
Pour two cups of milk afterward and cook until thickens. As soon as it starts to thicken add chopped capsicum and cook for another 2 minutes on low heat. Add the boiled pasta and give it a good mix.
Top it with cheese, and sliced black olives. As soon as the cheese melts, turn the flame off and this amazing Smoked Chicken Pasta is ready to serve.
