Blended chia seed pudding
This Blended Chia seed Pudding is a health replacement of a heavy calorie tiramisu cup that is a pure guilt sometimes. It has fiber and all the goodness of honey , nuts and chia seeds and dark cocoa.
- Ingredients
One tablespoon of cocoa powder
1 tablespoon of honey
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
5 tablespoons of chia seeds
2 tablespoons of melted chocolate
1 cup of oat milk or milk of choice
A tablespoon of peanut butter
Crushed walnuts or almonds
- Recipe
Add chia seeds, cocoa powder, and milk into the blender and blend for five to seven seconds, then add vanilla and honey. Give a blend again until thick , then transfer it into the serving cup.
Put a tablespoon of peanut butter and layer it evenly on top of it, then add the melted chocolate and let the mix set for about an hour or two in the fridge. Top the pudding with berries, nuts, or any fruits of your choice, and enjoy your delicious blended chia seed pudding first thing in the morning or maybe as a snack!
