These Carrot Cake Energy Bites are a perfect dessert and a healthier option for everyone who has a sweet tooth. They are a small portion energy bites with that rich , nutty flavor and a sweet crunch in every bite .
Ingredients
1 cup o Medjool dates
1 cup almonds
1/3 cup of dried grated carrots
1 tablespoon of chia seeds
½ teaspoon of cinnamon
¼ teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
½ cup shredded coconut
½ cup of Melted chocolate
(optional)
¼ teaspoon nutmeg powder
Recipe
Take a cup of Medjool dates and make sure that they are seedless. Then add them to the food processor along with carrots and almonds. Add all the rest of the ingredients like salt, cinnamon, nutmeg powder, vanilla, and chia seeds. Pulse the mixture a couple of
times and then shape it into balls. You can coat the balls with shredded
