
Fried Ice Cream Recipe

Ingredients
Ice cream (Caramel or vanilla) flavor
Corn flakes 1 and ½ cup
Crushed peanuts
Crushed almonds
Chocolate syrup ( optional)
1 no egg

Take two scoops of ice cream and form a giant ball to freeze it until rock solid. Cover the giant ball of ice cream tightly in a cling film before putting it into the freezer. It might take 3-4 hours also.
Crush the cornflakes into crumbs and set aside. Beat an egg, and roll the ice cream ball into the beaten egg mixture.
Next, coat it with cornflakes and freeze it again for an hour. Add oil to the saucepan or a deep dish pan and fry the ice cream ball in hot oil until golden brown. Your fried ice cream is ready.
Top it with caramel or chocolate sauce and crushed nuts like almonds and peanuts and there you go. You have this dreamy cream, crunchy, and super fancy fried ice cream dessert at home.
There are a few tips for this recipe.
- Freeze the ice cream solid for long as as possible so that it does not melt during the cooking process.
- Cover the ice cream with the cling film will help it to freeze better. Also, try to coat it into corn crumbs at least two times for a thick crust and that crunchy flavor.
