Mango Pineapple Sorbet

Our Mango Pineapple sorbet with seasonal mangoes is tangy, sweet, and full of freshness in this melting weather. Give it a try and you will fall in for its fruity sparkle.

 

Ingredients

2 Cups mango peeled and diced

1 cup pineapple juice

2 tablespoon of lemon juice

1 teaspoon of honey or maple syrup

Fruits and toppings of choice

 

Recipe

Take a cup of mangoes and freeze them for about 4 to 5 hours, then add them to the blender with pineapple juice. Add honey and  lemon juice to blend all the ingredients until it form a stiff mixture. Transfer it to the dish and freeze it for another 2 hours.

Scoop it out in the serving bowl and add your favorite toppings or fruit of choice. You can also churn it in the ice cream maker according to the manufacturer’s instructions ,if you like an ice cream-like consistency. If not, the earlier option is also good to go. Just make sure you make it freeze until it forms perfect scoops
